Good Morning Friends āļøš
I had to take this week off from writing because Iām following my own advice in choosing some much-needed rest and reflection time. Many of us seem to be feeling heaviness this week, and I am taking it as a hint to slow down.
As I sit with my thoughts, the one thing that continues to come to mind is my gratitude for this community and how much I appreciate each and every one of you. Your presence and support mean the world to me.
To navigate through this heaviness in a positive way, I encourage everyone to focus on gratitude this week. Gratitude has a powerful way of uplifting your spirits, re-energizing you, and helping you shift your perspective.
Take a few minutes every morning or evening this week and write down what you are grateful for. Feel the gratitude with your heart and let it recharge you. I know you will all be in my journal a lot this week š«¶.
